Description
Belly Dance or Middle Eastern Dance is an ethnic dance form which encompasses technique and self expression.

In the Beginner/Intermediate class the Cabaret style is focused on while students learn to isolate different parts of their body.Steps and arms are added to create and exciting performance. Veil work is also included. Cabaret Belly Dance is fun and creative.

In the Advanced class Tribal Belly Dance is explored. Tribal is a more exacting style where self-expression is kept within the framework of Tribal steps and moves. Zills will be used.

In either style, footwork, body and arm work make Belly Dance a great form of exercise.
